Own site frames it as an instrument jam ('bring an instrument...plug into our PA'); one directory listing adds jokes and poetry, so exact type is unclear.

Call to confirm current schedule
A listing on badslava.com lists this night, but may not be current.
An open-mic listing site names a Thursday open mic at The Thirsty Tavern (checked Aug 14, 2026) [s1]. The Venue's Website is live and readable but does not mention an open mic; that alone does not mean it has ended, so the listing stays unconfirmed.
