The second Thursday of each month. Only one source reports it.
A City of Boston arts and culture page still lists 'T4T (Trans 4 Texts)' at the Model Cafe, second Thursday monthly (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. No independent, venue-level source naming a host or exact time was found, so this rests on that one dated City listing.
