Lizard Lounge Poetry Jam

The organizer's own website describes the event in the present tense: 'Every Sunday for more than 25 years! Doors at 7:00pm with a poetry slam, featured poets, and an open mic with the Blake Newman Group,' though undated, with no 2026 dates shown [s1]. A news arts article dated Aug 26, 2025 corroborates it [s2]. A ticketing site separately carried an instance on Mar 23, 2025. Both are nearing a year old (checked Aug 13, 2026).
