Occasional. Only one source reports it.
A poetry organization's own page, read directly, confirms a quarterly open mic on Thursday, Jul 30, 2026, 6:30-8 PM, at the Freeport Community Center, hosted by Freeport Folio and featuring Richard Blanco (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. This is about two weeks old at the time of the check, easily recent enough for a quarterly series; earlier instances from April 2026 and June 2025 add further support.
