Motor City Java House

The sources disagree about whether it still runs.

An open-mic listing site says Motor City Java House runs a weekly Saturday open mic, 10 PM, free [s1]. A promoter's Eventbrite series, 'Live on Lahser,' instead describes a last-Saturday-only, 8 PM event that ran April-November 2025. The venue's own events page still does not mention an open mic (checked Aug 14, 2026) [s2]. The promoter's page no longer lists 'Live on Lahser,' suggesting the 2025 season did not renew [s3].
