Call to confirm the night
The sources disagree on the night.
The library system's own current calendar pages do not currently mention an open mic (checked Aug 14, 2026) [s1]. Other sources describe a separate, occasional 'Poetry Mixer' and an 'Open Mic Poetry' event hosted by Francisco Hernandez, but neither resolves a longstanding conflict over whether this runs on Saturday or Thursday, which remains unresolved.
