Augsburg Lutheran Church Meeting Room -- "Word Is Out" open mic (sponsored by Forsyth County Public Library, in partnership with Winston-Salem Writers)

The last Tuesday of each month, 5:45 PM. Only one source reports it.

Winston-Salem Writers' own website says 'Word Is Out' open-mic poetry night is held the last Tuesday of each month, as a hybrid meeting via Zoom and in person at Augsburg Lutheran Church Meeting Room, sponsored by the Forsyth County Public Library (checked Aug 14, 2026) [s1]. This is not Central Library Auditorium as originally listed. Two newspaper briefs had described the earlier venue, but no articles could be retrieved.
