Hear Nebraska describes the Monday open mic as 'open to all facets of music' — a single specialist source, not independently confirmed.

A page on hearnebraska.org lists this night, but may not be current.
Weekly on Mondays, 9:00 PM. Only one source reports it.
The Venue's Website does not mention an open mic anywhere. Bourbon Theatre operates as a booked, touring concert hall, an unusual kind of venue to also run an open-signup Monday open mic, and the claim rests solely on an open-mic listing site.
