The winery's own website carries a customer review confirming the open mic exists, calling it 'Awesome... Great outdoor venue!' (checked Aug 14, 2026) [s1]. A civic visitor site separately lists an 'Amaro Winery Open Mic Night' corroborating the day and time, but a direct attempt to reach that page for a specific upcoming date failed this time, so no dated instance was reconfirmed.
