Langston Hughes Community Library & Cultural Center — Open Mic (Langston Hughes Literary Arts Festival)
Once a year · 1 PM
Once a year, but no source gives the night.
Call to confirm the night
Both sources list this event, but neither confirms recent activity.
The library's own festival page confirms a 1 PM open mic presented by the Harlem Writers Guild (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. A separate 2003 article about an unrelated open-mic campaign does not describe this annual festival mic's current status [s2].
