A news article confirms Bertie's Inn is a real, currently operating business in 2026, but it covers an annual belt-sander race fundraiser and does not mention an open mic either way (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. The Venue's Website could not be read. A broader search of the same news outlet for 2026 open-mic coverage across the county turned up only two unrelated results.
