A beer-industry blog reported new owners reopened the brewery as Friends and Neighbors Brewing (dated Jan 29, 2026) [s5]. The new operator's own website advertises 'Thursdays - Open Mic Night' without repeating the 6:00 PM start listed here [s2]. The same page carries current-week notices and a 2026 copyright footer [s4]. A news article had earlier profiled the mic under the previous name, Downpour Brewing [s1].
