The Hotel Utah

The venue's own current site, checked Sept 1, 2026, lists four upcoming Monday instances -- Sept 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2026 -- of 'Open Mic Night' [s1]. An open-mic listing site corroborates Monday as the day [s2]. A news feature describes the same long-running format, with names drawn from a pitcher at 7:50 PM and the show starting at 7 PM, though it carries no date and isn't used as a source.
