One open-mic directory lists this as a Comedy Night; the Venue's Website and social say nothing about it, so the kind rests on a single listing.
Brass Bear Brewery (Funk Zone)
28 Anacapa St, Santa Barbara, CA
Every other Monday · 8 PM
Every other Monday, 8:00 PM; which weeks is unclear. Only one source reports it.
Call to confirm the night
The venue's events page lists this night, but may not be current.
As of Sep 1, 2026, the venue's own events page confirms this is the correct Funk Zone location, but 'Open Mic' doesn't appear anywhere -- the only upcoming events are holiday dining events, not an open mic [s1]. That silence on the venue's own current, correctly located page weighs against the claim, but since the event was never confirmed by the venue itself before now, this stays unconfirmed rather than likely inactive.
