Open Mics in Huntington, NY

The Folk Music Society of Huntington's own website, checked Aug 13, 2026, states it holds 'a folk jam & sing-along one Sunday a month at the South Huntington Public Library,' calling it a free monthly event [s1]. Which specific Sunday, and whether it pauses over the summer, were not confirmed; a search for a summer break turned up only an unrelated festival contact line.

The Folk Music Society of Huntington's own website, checked Aug 13, 2026, states it co-presents the twice-monthly NorthShore Original Open Mic (NOOM) with Cinema Arts Centre's Sky Room on Wednesday nights, 7-10 PM [s1]. Which two Wednesdays each month it falls on is not specified.

The sources disagree about whether it still runs.

Weekly on Sundays, 7:00 PM. The Venue's Website does not mention it.

The Venue's Website is real, but its events page showed only navigation code with no visible event text, which is inconclusive rather than a clear answer (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. An open-mic listing site's own event listing remains the only usable source for this Sunday night [s2].
