Open Mics in Norman, OK

The sources give the same night and time, but none confirms recent activity.

The sources disagree on the night.

The Venue's Website was checked and did not show the words 'open mic,' but this page shows too little text to reliably support that absence, so it is not treated as evidence either way [s1]. Other descriptions of the venue describe its singer-songwriter night as Thursday, not the Monday listed here; this contradiction remains unresolved.

The sources disagree about whether it still runs.

The venue's own event page for its SWAN Open Mic series is dated Wednesday, Sep 18, 2024 [s1]. A later mention, dated Jan 4, 2025, places an instance on a Saturday [s3]. That is a different day of the week than the Wednesday above. The venue's own current homepage, fully checked Aug 14, 2026, does not mention an open mic [s2]. This confirms the series ran into 2025 but not that it still does; its status stays unknown, not closed.

The sources disagree on the night.

The venue's own events page, checked Aug 14, 2026, names a listing titled 'Norman - Open Mic Comedy Night' [s1]. No specific forward date could be pulled from the page, so this is treated as a solid but not fully dated confirmation.

A listing on badslava.com lists this night, but may not be current.

No website was found for the venue. The claim of a Wednesday open mic here rests on an open-mic listing site alone [s1]. Other descriptions of the venue mention Friday karaoke and live music instead, without confirming this Wednesday event.

A page on oudaily.com lists this night, but may not be current.

A news article, part of a 2024 'Best of Norman' feature, states plainly that the venue holds an open mic night every Wednesday [s1]. The article is roughly two years old, too old on its own to confirm the event is still active; no more recent source was found.
