The Cumberland County library system's own event calendar listed a single Open Mic Night instance dated May 27, 2026 [s1]. The same official calendar was checked again on Sep 5, 2026 and now shows a recurring Open Mic Night described as music, poetry, and comedy [s2]. That description matches the variety format already listed for this event.
Weekly, but no source gives the night. Only one source reports it.

The venue's own event page still describes the eXiled Poetry Society as a group that creates, shares, and talks about poetry, but does not use the words 'open mic' anywhere (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. The strongest sign this is an open-signup mic rather than a closed workshop is an earlier joint open-mic night held with the Treehouse in October 2025, and whether the weekly meeting itself is open to all remains unresolved.
Both sources list this event, but neither confirms recent activity.
The venue's own program page states that 'regular events are hosted every semester, including Open Mic Nights, Soup and Bread Discussions, and Open Houses' (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. The Treehouse's own charter document separately states that its open mic is held roughly once a month [s2].
Night and frequency are unclear — no source gives either.

The radio station's own blog describes a recent open mic, saying 'attendance exceeded capacity' at the last one held 'last spring,' though no specific calendar date is given (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. Today falls during the college's summer break, when a quiet period is expected and does not itself suggest the event has ended.
