Open Mics in Truckee, CA

A page on sierrasun.com lists this night, but may not be current.

As of Sep 1, 2026, a 2018 news feature describes this event, far too old to show the event is still running despite reading as a current-sounding feature [s1]. No other source for this event was found. The venue's own dedicated open-mic page could not be read for content, and a local business association's page was blocked. No 2026-dated confirmation was found in either direction.

Weekly on Thursdays, 6:00 PM. Only one source reports it.

A local chamber of commerce's event calendar confirms a dated instance, 'Open Mic at Cottonwood Restaurant,' on Thursday, May 7, 2026 [s1]. The chamber's live August 2026 calendar still shows it recurring, alongside other distinctly named events [s2]. The Venue's Website's events list hasn't been updated since 2023, which sits in tension with the chamber's more current listing rather than confirming it.
