Birchwood Canopy is a real rooftop cocktail bar atop The Birchwood hotel. The hotel's own detailed 'About Birchwood Canopy' page, fully checked Aug 13, 2026, does not mention an open mic [s1]. No other source describes anything here beyond generic live music. The evidence for this open mic is weaker than usual.
