The Venue's Website lists this event, but may not be current.
The university English department's own page, last modified Jul 23, 2026 — about three weeks earlier (checked Aug 14, 2026) — describes Burning Swamp as a monthly open-mic reading series [s1]. No day is given and no evidence of cancellation was found; the series is described as an ongoing standing program rather than tied to the academic term.
