An undated social media post from a promoter names a specific branded event, 'Revival Comedy Open Mic at OddPitch Brewing' [s2]. The venue's own current events page and homepage return identical, very short content, so they could not actually be checked for this event one way or the other (checked Aug 14, 2026) [s3]. Its current existence has not been confirmed by the venue itself.

A community listing dated Jan 4, 2026 names this 'Very Funny Weekly Comedy Open Mic,' hosted by Bone Dry Comedy, billed as 'Missoula's only weekly comedy open mic' [s2]. This corrects an earlier music description. A promoter's social media page gives the same name and description. The venue's general website does not mention it, expected for a promoter-run night at a rented hall, not evidence against it.

The Venue's Website does not mention an open mic (checked Aug 14, 2026) [s2]. The only other event found at this venue was a single past comedy night on Jun 30, 2025 — a different genre than the listing site's music claim — raising the possibility the listing mistook a one-off event for a recurring series. This is not resolved.
The venue's own current events page states, in present tense, 'OPEN MIC - Every dang Monday... hosted by Michael Enos... welcomes singers, poets, comedians or any other creative artists' (checked Aug 14, 2026) [s1]. This corrects an earlier Tuesday/music-only description. A community listing dated Aug 31, 2026 corroborates the Monday date [s2]. Tuesday at this venue is a separate, confirmed charity event, not this open mic.

A 2023 news article describes this open mic, with 30-50 attendees [s1]. An active social media account for it also exists, together confirming it as a real, ongoing event. A 2026 community listing names Imagine Nation Brewing as host. That brewery's own website and events page never mention 'Word Dog' (checked Aug 14, 2026) [s2]. The venue remains unconfirmed.
