Bimonthly?
A source calls it "bimonthly" — which may mean twice a month or every other month — and gives no night. Only one source reports it.
Call to confirm the night
A page on hicksvillepubliclibrary.org lists this event, but may not be current.
A news article from 2025 describes a Nassau County Teen Poet Laureate reading at the library's 'bi-monthly Open Mic,' though the exact month is not known [s1]. The library's own website is real and active, but no dedicated events or calendar page could be found to confirm the program is still running (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s2]. Day, time, and current cadence remain unconfirmed.
