The sources disagree about whether it still runs.
The venue's own homepage does not mention comedy or an open mic (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. Its dedicated entertainment page says the same [s2]. A review site's write-up of the venue agrees [s3].
The venue's events page suggests it may have ended.
Weekly on Mondays, 8:00 PM. The Venue's Website does not mention it.

Weekly on Saturdays, 8:00 PM. The Venue's Website does not mention it.
The venue's own homepage does not mention an open mic (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. Its events page says the same [s2]. The venue is an Alexander Technique training studio, an unusual host for a $5-plus-a-drink open mic, and its real calendar may sit behind a booking tool that could not be read here.
A page on atly.com lists this night, but may not be current.
Weekly on Saturdays, 7:00 PM. The Venue's Website has gone offline since we found this.
The Venue's Website failed to connect, a connectivity problem rather than evidence either way. A third-party venue description describes multiple open mics a week, including Thursdays and Saturdays at 7 PM and 9 PM [s1]. Those Saturday times match what a listing elsewhere claims exactly. A social-media post title suggests an added Sunday event, but it was not checked directly and is not used as a source here.
Weekly on Thursdays, 9:30 PM. The Venue's Website does not mention it.
The venue's corporate website is a national retailer's site that cannot describe this location's Thursday night programming, so it is not evidence either way (checked Sep 7, 2026) [s1]. A review site describes the East 10th Street location as a daytime barbershop with a nighttime DJ and hip-hop bar, with no mention of an open mic [s2]. Other review and listing sites give the same description.
The Venue's Website lists this night, but may not be current.
The Venue's Website describes itself as a spoken word poetry venue supporting 'poets, music, open mic' (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. Whether this Saturday night is a separate program from the Tuesday 'Se Buscan Poetas' series at the same venue, or the same one listed twice, is not established.
The Venue's Website lists this night, but may not be current.
The Venue's Website confirms that the 'Se Buscan Poetas' multilingual open-mic series exists and is current (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. Whether this is a separate program from the Saturday night listed at the same venue, or the same one counted twice, is not established.
The venue's own open-mic page, checked Aug 13, 2026, confirms the words 'Open Mic' and 'Sign Up' [s1]. This upgrades what had only been an open-mic listing site's claim.

Weekly on Wednesdays, 7:00 PM. The Venue's Website does not mention it.
The venue's own events page does not mention an open mic or comedy (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. Its homepage says the same [s2]. A promoter's page for the show exists but showed only a bare year with no schedule, and the only concrete comedy mentions found are a 2022 one-off and a listing dated Feb 20, 2024 -- neither shows a current recurring open mic.
The Venue's Website lists upcoming 'Funny Lines Open Mic' instances for Aug 17, 24, and 31, 2026, all falling on Mondays, with full sign-up and cost details [s1].
The venue's events page lists this night, but may not be current.
The Venue's Website lists Sunday shows on Aug 16, 23, and 30, 2026, but both are branded showcases -- 'NYC Stand-Up' at 7 PM and 'Times Square Comedy' at 9 PM -- not an open mic (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. Those are also at different times than the 3:30 PM claimed elsewhere. Its homepage does describe the club generally as featuring stand-up, improv, and open mic, but only as marketing copy, not a specific listing.
Every other Thursday, 8:00 PM; which weeks is unclear. Something about this has changed recently — confirm before going.

The Venue's Website could not be opened in an earlier check but opens now. It lists 'Gladys' Open Mic' running Thursdays at 8:00 PM, with instances for Aug 13, 20, and 27, 2026 [s1]. This corrects an open-mic listing site's earlier claim of 5:30 PM to the venue's own stated 8:00 PM; a $14 cost with a free drink comes from that listing site and was not reverified.
Monthly on a Friday, 5:00 PM; no source says which week. The Venue's Website does not mention it.

The sources disagree about whether it still runs.
The venue's own homepage does not mention an open mic (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. Its exhibitions page showed only a near-empty response, which could not be read for real content either [s2].
Weekly on Wednesdays, 5:30 PM. Only one source reports it.
The venue's own booking page, checked Aug 13, 2026, lists 'open mic nights' among its regular events [s1]. A food-journalism profile quotes the owner, Emmanuel, describing open mic nights, networking events, and karaoke parties at the cafe [s2]. Neither confirms the specific Wednesday 5:30 PM time, which comes from an open-mic listing site only.
The venue's own open-mic page states 'Every Wednesday 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM, $3 Entry' [s1]. This page was found at the venue's correct website address, after an earlier guessed domain failed to resolve. This matches one open-mic listing site's Wednesday claim and rejects another's claim of Tuesday.
The venue's own homepage does not mention an open mic (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. Its events page says the same [s2]. An open-mic listing site shows one dated instance, 'The Peoples Open Mic,' from Aug 14, 2024 -- about two years before the Aug 13, 2026 check, older than the roughly six months expected for a still-weekly mic [s4].

A ticketing site's event page for 'Let's Go Mental – A Free Open Mic' states it runs every Wednesday, 5:00-6:00 PM, in the Hotel Edison's Times Square lobby, free and PG-13, sign-in by 4:55 PM, capped at 10 comics, and hosted by GuberJokes and Stand Up NY rather than by the hotel [s1]. An open-mic listing site separately describes the same Wednesday, 5:00 PM, free.

The organization's own website lists a full 2026 dated schedule for this jam, Mar 23 through Oct 26, plus a Nov 23 holiday edition, at the National Jazz Museum in Harlem [s1]. The same page's older text names a midtown musicians' union instead, but the dated schedule and address are treated as more current.
The venue's events page lists this night, but may not be current.
The venue's own events page does contain the words 'open mic,' but only inside what reads as an unrelated list of search keywords alongside 'Knicks,' 'Trivia,' and 'best burger in NYC' -- not as an actual program listing (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. Judy Z's markets itself as a sports tavern, and no other source confirms a comedy open mic here beyond an open-mic listing site.
The Venue's Website lists this event, but may not be current.
The Venue's Website lists named 'Open Mic' time slots at The Buddha Room, using open-signup language with no curated or booked wording [s1]. It requires a $15 beverage minimum and is 21+ (16+ with a guardian).

The comedy club's own brand open-mic page lists this Midtown location, 241 E 24th St, with two weekly slots: Mondays at 5:00 PM and Fridays at 4:00 PM, $5 to perform, in-person sign-up, arriving 20-30 minutes early [s1]. This corrects an open-mic listing site's earlier claim of Thursday 6 PM and a Sunday time, neither of which appears on the club's current schedule.
Weekly on Wednesdays, 5:00 PM. Something about this has changed recently — confirm before going.
The comedy club's own brand open-mic page lists this East Village location, 85 E 4th St, with two weekly slots: Tuesdays at 4:00 PM and Wednesdays at 5:00 PM, $5 to perform, in-person sign-up [s1]. An open-mic listing site's Wednesday 5:00 PM claim matches exactly, and its Tuesday claim of 5:00 PM is close to the club's stated 4:00 PM, but its claimed Sunday 5:30 PM slot does not appear on the club's current schedule at all [s2].
Weekly, but no source gives the night. The Venue's Website does not mention it.

A venue profile describes Night Club 101, the former Pyramid Club space, as hosting genre-spanning live performances and DJ sets, with no mention of an open-mic series specifically (checked Aug 13, 2026) [s1]. It reads as a curated, booked live-music club rather than an open-signup format.
The producing organization's own event page lists a Jun 3, 2026 occurrence, with recurrence data confirming this runs every Wednesday night, 7:30-10 PM, mixing live music, stand-up comedy, and spoken word [s1]. This corrects an open-mic listing site's earlier claim of Thursday and music-only. A news site's calendar listing from Dec 2025 corroborates the same recurring series [s2].
The Venue's Website confirms its monthly Final Friday Slam is currently running at the Loisaida Center, 710 E 9th St, while the Nuyorican's own building is under renovation [s1]. This is a relocation to a real, fixed address, not a case of no fixed venue.
