Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of A Good Place for Music (the brand and DBA of Good Place for Music, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, EIN 41-2694067) (“AGPFM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About the Organization
A Good Place for Music is a non-profit that provides a low-cost, high-quality facility for performance, recording, and music production, and connects musicians to opportunities for performance and income. Our services are offered for these non-commercial, charitable purposes.
Use of the Site & Listings
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. Artist listings and other submissions must be truthful and must not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit, moderate, remove, or decline any listing, content, or account at our discretion.
Memberships, Donations & Tickets
Donations support a 501(c)(3) non-profit and, except as required by law, are generally non-refundable. Memberships provide the benefits described at the time of purchase. Event tickets are subject to the terms shown at checkout; if an event is canceled, we will provide a refund or alternative as described at that time. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase, membership, or donation.
User Content
When you submit photos, bios, recordings, or other media, you grant AGPFM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content to operate and promote our services and the site. You represent that you have the rights to what you submit.
Messaging Terms & Conditions (SMS)
Program: A Good Place for Music text messaging.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the text-updates box (or otherwise opting in), you consent to receive text messages from A Good Place for Music, including one-time verification/login codes and Studio updates & event notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or contact info@agoodplaceformusic.org or 518-339-0782.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership.

Intellectual Property
The site's design, text, logos, and graphics are owned by AGPFM or its licensors and may not be used without permission, except for content you own and submit.
