Call to confirm the night
The sources disagree on the night.
Whether this venue is still open is unresolved. One review-site listing reads 'CLOSED, updated May 2026' [s2]. Another review-site listing for the same address, updated June 2026, carries no closed tag [s3]. An older listing from Sept 2025 calls it an active 'vibrant hub for entertainment' [s4]. That predates the closure claim. A day-of-week contradiction is also unresolved. The mic comes from an open-mic listing site [s1].
Venue's own Facebook posts title their open mic 'grab your instruments,' pointing to music, though those posts describe a Monday night while this record is dated Tuesday.
A local business directory (checked Aug 31, 2026) makes no mention of an open mic here [s2]. A news article about the venue changing hands to Garcia's in Sept 2024 could not be re-read. Other unconfirmed information suggests a short-lived open mic ran on Mondays. The claimed Tuesday comes from an open-mic listing site [s1]. That adds a third day candidate. No source confirms whether this open mic currently runs, either way.
Both sources give the same night and time, but neither confirms recent activity.
A travel site describes open mic nights as a genuine, known feature of this venue, confirming the event type is real [s2]. No source states a specific current day or time. Other listing and ticketing sites describe the venue generally without pinning down a schedule. The specific claim of Thursday at 7 PM comes from an open-mic listing site [s1]. No closure or schedule-change signal was found either.
